DAC is proud to be working with the Canadian Automobile Dealers Association – the association representing the new vehicle dealer principals of Canada - for the seventeenth year in a row to produce the CADA Year in Review. The CADA Year in Review is distributed to all new car dealer principals (over 3,200) nationwide every year and continues to provide information on dealer counts, average sale per dealer, sales by model, residual values, trends in finance, and most anticipated of all, the Trendsetter survey.
The Trendsetter survey is done each year specifically for the CADA Year in Review. This year the survey was specially crafted by the DesRosiers Automotive Consultants Inc. and PricewaterhouseCoopers to find out what Canadian dealers had to say about succession planning. Based on the participants’ responses key findings were tabulated and analyzed. Each year new topics reveal important changes that are occurring in the automotive industry. This survey is highly anticipated each year as it provides a close look at key concerns of the car dealers of today.
